About

Software that earns its place in the truck and the office

MainLine Pro is built for one trade and one trade only. The whole point of it is to hand an owner back the hours that currently go to the second shift — the tickets, the invoices, the same job keyed in twice after dinner.

Why We're Building It

Plumbing shops deserve better tools

Small and midsize plumbing companies keep the water running for the rest of us. Most of them run the business on paper work orders, a price book that lives in a spreadsheet, a separate accounting program, and a lot of phone calls. The good all-in-one platforms are built to serve fifty trades at once. The ones a small shop can afford spread themselves thin.

A plumbing shop should get software that already speaks its language, with forms it can change itself, without paying enterprise money or bending its whole process around a tool built for somebody else's trade. That's what MainLine Pro is for.

How it's being built

  • By one developer, in the open, on a roadmap anyone can read
  • With plumbing shops in the room — the waitlist picks what ships first
  • One trade, with no plan to add a second
  • Every release announced to the waitlist as it lands, not six months later

Early access opens late 2027. Nothing has shipped yet, and we'd rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.

What We Believe

Three things we won't trade away

One trade, done deeply

One trade done deeply beats fifty done generically. We'd rather be the best tool for plumbers than an average tool for everyone.

Your customer list stays yours

Security, reliability, and your ownership of your own data aren't features we bolt on later. Export it whenever you want, and nothing gets deleted for hitting a cap.

If it doesn't save an hour, it doesn't ship

Invoices out the same day, fewer jobs missed, a clear view of what actually made money. If a feature can't point at a real outcome, it stays out.

Who's Behind It

A Purple Carbon product

MainLine Pro is built by Purple Carbon LLC. We build software for one industry at a time. Right now that industry is plumbing.

Help pick what ships first

We're building this with real plumbing shops. Join the waitlist, tell us what's costing you evenings, and get first access when it opens.
