Simple, flat, and honest
A few flat plans. No per-user fees, no metered AI credits, nothing deleted for hitting a cap. We're still building, so the final numbers land closer to launch. Join the waitlist and you lock in the early-access rate.
No per-user fees
Flat tiers you can budget against. Hire a tech in March and the bill doesn't move in April.
No metered credits
No "AI credits" or hidden meters to watch. What you see is what you pay.
Nothing gets deleted
Old job photos move to cheaper storage and stay where you can get to them. Nothing disappears for hitting a cap.

Will pricing really have no per-user fees?
That's the plan. We price on a few flat tiers rather than charging per technician — a seat isn't what drives our cost, so it shouldn't drive your bill. Final numbers land closer to launch, and early-access members lock in the launch rate.
Is there a free plan?
There's a free trial (no credit card) so you can try the whole thing before you decide. The standalone free tools on this site — invoice and estimate templates, the calculators — stay free to use, no account needed. Saving, customizing, and managing real jobs is what a paid plan is for.
What about “AI credits” and metered features?
No metered AI credits to budget around. We'd rather compete on plumbing focus and form flexibility than on an AI arms race, so the plans stay simple to reason about.
I have more than 25 technicians — can you handle that?
The initial tiers target shops up to about 25 techs. If you're bigger, get in touch through the waitlist and tell us about your operation — we want to hear from you.
When does pricing go live?
MainLine Pro is in active development, with early access targeted for late 2027. Join the waitlist and we'll share final pricing before launch — waitlist members get first access and locked-in early-access rates.
